For
over 35 years I have been Working in the remodeling
industry in the greater Chicago area. I have been
an ornamental welder, carpenter and project
manager.
From 1988 to 1997 I was responsible for all construction and remodeling at a mid sized remodeler/renovator and I ran an award winning ornamental iron shop. During this time I could be managing 30 jobs at a time.
Since 1997 I have Focused my attention on one project at a time. The quality of each job is higher now that i can center my energies on one client's wishes and ideas(yet I did win a national award while running numerous jobs before). Each renovation project becomes more personal and I treat the entire course of designing, planning, organizing and managing with focused energy.
